About us

Staying Cool is an online ecommerce store selling portable cooling products and heatwave essentials to UK customers. Our contact email is yayitsjon@gmail.com.

Products and descriptions

We try to describe products accurately, including size, colour, power, battery, runtime, and included accessories where supplier information is available. Product images, packaging, colour tone, and minor design details may vary slightly.

Portable fans, neck fans, desk fans, and cooling towels are personal cooling products. They are not air conditioners, medical devices, or substitutes for medical advice, safe hydration, shade, ventilation, or care during extreme heat.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, payment fails, pricing is clearly incorrect, fraud screening flags the order, or fulfilment is not possible.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs, discounts, taxes, and final totals are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already accepted.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Safe use

Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Keep rechargeable products away from water unless the product documentation specifically states otherwise. Do not leave rechargeable products charging unattended or use damaged cables, batteries, or housings.

All store content, branding, design, copy, and images are owned by or licensed to Staying Cool unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse store content for commercial purposes without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business losses, or losses caused by misuse of products.
