You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, in its original condition and returned with included accessories where applicable.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number plus photos or video showing the issue. We will review and support a replacement, refund or return where appropriate.

Rechargeable products

For battery-powered fans, please keep the product, cable, packaging and instructions until the issue is resolved. Do not continue using or charging a product that appears damaged, overheats or behaves abnormally.
