Products

We sell portable personal cooling gadgets and accessories. Product photos, descriptions, prices, and availability may change. We try to keep information accurate, but occasional errors can happen.

Personal Cooling Products

Our fans are personal airflow devices. They are not air conditioners, medical devices, or refrigeration products. Always follow the included instructions and use only suitable charging sources.

Orders

An order is accepted when it is confirmed and processed. We may cancel or refund orders affected by stock issues, payment issues, address problems, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Safety

Use products responsibly. Keep fans and charging cables away from water, small children, pets, hair, loose fabric, and damaged power sources unless the product instructions specifically say otherwise.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staying Cool is not responsible for indirect losses or misuse of products.
