Charging & Product Safety
Charging & Product Safety
Important: Staying Cool fans are rechargeable personal-airflow products. They are not medical devices, air conditioners or room-cooling appliances.
Charging basics
- Use the supplied cable or a suitable certified USB power source.
- Do not leave rechargeable products charging unattended for long periods.
- Do not charge a product that is wet, damaged, swollen, unusually hot or behaving abnormally.
- Keep charging cables away from children and pets.
Supplier documentation before scaling
For battery/electrical products, keep supplier compliance documentation on file before increasing ad spend or order volume. This should include UKCA/CE evidence where applicable, battery safety information, product markings and English instructions.
Use around children
Fans are not toys. Clip fans used near prams, cots or children must be securely positioned, kept away from the child and supervised at all times.
Heat safety
Fans can help create personal airflow, but they do not replace hydration, shade, ventilation, or official health advice during extreme heat.
